Welcome to SideChef Studio! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered image generation service ("Service"). By accessing or using SideChef Studio, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service, and you must discontinue use immediately.

SideChef Studio is a tool owned and operated by SideChef Inc., a U.S. company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SideChef Studio, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. We reserve the absolute right to deny access, suspend, or terminate your use at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

SideChef Studio is an AI-powered tool that allows users to generate food images based on text descriptions. All generated images will contain a watermark, which may not be removed, altered, or obscured in any way.

3. User Consent & Data Usage

By using SideChef Studio, you explicitly and irrevocably consent to the following:

• Unrestricted Data Collection: You grant SideChef Studio full rights to collect, use, store, and share your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, device data, and company details, for any purpose we see fit.
• Unlimited Image Access: SideChef Studio retains perpetual, unrestricted rights to access, store, use, modify, and repurpose any images you generate, whether for analytics, quality improvement, marketing, or any other business need.
• Mandatory Communications: You agree to receive all communications from SideChef Studio, including but not limited to service updates, marketing promotions, and policy changes. You may not opt out of essential service-related communications.

4. Ownership & License

• Full Control Over User-Generated Content: While you may use the images you generate for personal or commercial purposes, you grant SideChef Studio a permanent, non-revocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, sell, modify, or redistribute the images at our sole discretion without compensation to you.
• Watermark Protection: Any attempt to remove, alter, or obscure the SideChef Studio watermark on free-tier images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or termination of access.
• Geographic Restrictions: You may not use SideChef Studio in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law. We may block access to the Service at our discretion in any region, at any time, for any reason. Attempting to bypass regional restrictions is a direct violation of these Terms.
• Adversarial Countries Ban: Access to SideChef Studio is strictly prohibited in countries classified as adversarial to the United States, including but not limited to China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, and any other country subject to U.S. trade restrictions, embargoes, or national security concerns. Any attempt to access or use the Service from these regions will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

5. Strict Usage Restrictions

Users agree unconditionally to:

• Not use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purposes.
• Not generate, distribute, or share misleading, harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Not use automated systems, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service.
• Not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the functionality of SideChef Studio.

Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate and permanent termination of access without notice.

6. No Liability & No Guarantees

SideChef Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or reliability. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the Service. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SideChef Studio.

Additionally, SideChef Studio is not responsible for any content generated by users. You acknowledge that the Service may produce unintended, inappropriate, or inaccurate results, and you bear full responsibility for any content you create.

7. Termination & Enforcement

We reserve the absolute right to terminate or restrict your access to SideChef Studio at any time, without notice or explanation. Any attempt to circumvent suspensions or restrictions will result in legal action.

8. Updates & Mandatory Compliance

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of SideChef Studio constitutes irrevocable acceptance of all modifications. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
